Production, delivery and return conditions

Production:

We produce cookies within 2-9 business days. We also accept urgent orders (in this case, you must contact us by email, phone or Facebook message). We accept advance orders (for example: you want the recipient to receive the cookies on a certain day, or your celebration is only a few weeks/month away, but you want to order now), then leave a comment on the checkout page or contact us.

During holiday periods, the production and delivery time may be different: we provide information in the e-shop and social networks, so we recommend following the news.

Delivery:

We send orders throughout Lithuania by Venipak courier (delivery within 1-2 days) or to Omniva parcel machines (delivery within 1-5 days, please note that there are often delays during the holiday period). You can pick up your orders from our premises (free of charge).

We also ship to all European countries by Lithuanian Post. Shipping costs from €6.

Return:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and want to return or exchange them, please inform us no later than 72 hours from the time of delivery of the goods by e-mail (info@biscuits2business.com) or by phone +370 609 65456. When contacting us about poor product quality, it is mandatory to provide a photo of the poor-quality product.

In the Biscuits2Business online store, quality goods are not exchanged or returned. Money for poor-quality returned goods will be transferred to your bank account from which you paid for the purchases no later than 5 business days from the date of return of the goods.
